Consult

The first step for every client is a free consultation, either by phone or in person, where we go through the details of your wedding and establish what you’re looking for. During this stage, I’ll ask questions that will help me in determining the most reasonable price for my services, making sure that everything you want and need will be addressed leading up to your wedding. Once we work through the details, we’ll draw up a contract that everyone is comfortable with and get started!


Plan

After the contract has been signed and the deposit to secure my services has been made, we start planning! I’ll send an introduction email that will ask for any and all information pertaining to your wedding that you’ve collected thus far, and then we will start addressing the major points of concern first. This will vary person to person, but the goal will be to figure out what you’re feeling stressed, worried, or uneasy about and target it. Additionally, based on your vision, I will start to lay out what still needs to be done to ensure we have everything ready to go for your big day.


Execute

This phase wraps up the process and starts 1-2 months out from the wedding date. At this point, we’ll be making sure all vendors are secured, decisions are finalized, and details are hammered out. I will join your final venue walkthrough, start planning your ceremony layout with you, and reach out to vendors to make sure they’re good to go. At your rehearsal, I will direct you, your partner, family members, and wedding party members, making sure everyone knows where to go and what to do. One of my primary roles is to serve as the point of contact for everyone, allowing you and your partner to enjoy your day without any distractions.
